Start pairing
POST
Opens a provider session and returns the pairing; the first QR/code arrives right away when the provider has it, otherwise through SSE pairing.challenge. Gates: consent given, relationship not refuted, seat activated, channel enabled, no open pairing. Owner only. The first connection that reaches paired starts the free week (SSE trial.started).
